Expanding our collective vocabulary around freedom, borders and migration.
This installation presents language around freedom, borders and migration that was gathered from journalistic, academic and poetic texts. It’s an invitation to challenge, expand and consider our collective and individual vocabulary within this context.
The site-specific installation was comprised of two LED panels, creating a spacial dialogue.
The language used was gathered from the following academic, journalistic and poetic texts, enabling the audience to connect to the topic through different mediums, times and viewpoints.
The project was installed in a transitionary space, allowing people to have a shared, emotional experience.
